Scott Darnell - Founder and CEO
Scott Darnell, is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Darnell Capital Management. He serves as the director of company strategy in all asset classes and the primary member of the Investment Committee. Prior to Founding Darnell Capital Management in 2008, Mr. Darnell Founded and served as President of an Environmental Services Construction Company.

Mr. Darnell received a Bachelor of Business Administration with an Emphasis in Real Estate, and Minors in Philosophy and Economics in 2003 from the University of San Diego. Thereafter, he attended graduate school at the University of San Diego where, in 2005, he received a Master of Science in Real Estate.

Mr. Darnell holds an active Real Estate Brokers License in the State of California, and is a Licensed and Bonded Class A (General Engineering) and Class B (General Building) Contractor within the State of California.
Mr. Darnell is an active member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and active member of ULI's Small Scale Infill Development (SSID) Council.
